frustrated but won't give up...

1. i'm a bit frustrated with some patients who don't appreciate when we gave the best for them...
Well this is the reality life as government servant...facing lots..lots of complaint from patients
Not all but some who think that he is always right and perfect

2. Costumers are always right...argh! i don't like that statement because when they're always
right, but when sometimes they're wrong...we're nothing. it's not about winning or losing but
about our precious pride.

3. Last thursday, i felt depressed because of 1 patient who nearly make me give up with my
career. just imagine...i had to apologize for something that i didn't do. Well, i don't mind about
that actually.....because we can't throw oil into fire....but we have to throw water...

4. My husband once said....'Susah2 sgt quit jelah...bukak klinik sendiri'.... hmm...good
suggestion, but for now...may be not yet. if i quit and opened a private clinic, i won't help
poor people. They need me.

5. Because of that....Mr. 'R', thank you so much for what you've done to me. Hopefully someday,
you'll regret for what have you done. i've forgive u and it's up to Allah to judge your doing.
